Expressing concern over Austin's health. Noting that he has "lost the Highgate house" (see MA 113.46-48), and lamenting that "nothing so good will ever turn up again." Mentioning that Kate is "so exceedingly unwell" and that he is taking her to Malvern, and discussing the letting of houses in London.
